Hi, and welcome back. Just a few days ago I got my hands on (not the CD yet, that’s next week xD) Kotobuki “Mina-chan” Minako’s new single, “Prism”, and man it’s good. Overall. You should listen to the single. But then since I’m here, obviously I’m here to talk about her music video. When I see it’s outdoors, I know it’s a quality good enough to talk about already…

Well, here’s the setting: Mina-chan shows us the start and end of her everyday life, in a very specific cycle that repeats itself everyday:

| stretches herself, |

| opens the window for some fresh air, |
 |
puts some sauce on her breakfast,
(you think it's not important but it is vital, or her dish has no taste...) |

| says "Itadakumasu!", |
 |
| and leaves house. |
 |
| She walks down the street, |
 |
| sees the same boy going to school, |
 |
| comes back late at night, |
 |
| and sighs after a day of voice acting. |
 |
| She has some entertainment... (by reading a book) |
 |
| and goes to sleep. Note that she likes cats a lot. |
But then we all know not our everyday looks the same, so differences also appear from time to time:

| Wow she has strawberries for breakfast? That's healthy... |
 |
| You guys believe she leads a healthy lifestyle? Hmm... |
 |
| Hey guess which Manga she's reading, haha... |
And suddenly, Mina-chan feels tired and…:

| “元気ない~” |
 |
| *yawn* |
 |
| Hey it's the quick breakfast tactic! She doesn't run out of the house with it on her mouth, right? |

| Yep, she doesn't. （笑） |
 |
| Oops, looks like the kid dropped something, |
 |
| and Mina-chan's here to save his day! Minako Good Job! |
 |
| She really wants a real cat badly, huh... |
And not everyday is a sunny day:

| If you need me to tell you the rain was a fake, you really don't know much about drama. Really. |

| Her breakfast is as lavish and healthy as always... |
 |
| 'Luckily for me, I've got my handy umbrella!" |
 |
| It's not clear, but she jumps over a puddle. Cute, isn't she? |

The song… this “dance rock” feel sure is refreshing, especially from previous experiences in her first album “My stride” she has taken such songs like “Brand New World” and “echo hearts”. Isn’t the video great? Shows you the many (and mostly untrue) sides of Mina-chan, huh?
