Well hi guys, we have come to the “Weekly Entertainment News ~Where We Speak About The Wonders of J-Pop, Anime, APoL, Army Life And Everything Else In Between~” session again. (Audience: What’s with the long title…) I’ll talk this time round with respect to the title, which makes things easier when I’m in a rush to finish this post yet again:
THE Emptiness – From me not meeting girls? Haha I mean, everyday with guys in camp, and the only passionate girl I know in my life right now is my sis (haha if LX is one I wouldn’t be rejected years ago). Furthermore, reading Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun makes me more emo. Haiz, another week of army life… And that stupid reflection just because I didn’t fasten my seatbelt- *silence* It’s merely a coincidence. Things just get bad when you get caught…
THE Cycle – 5 days of outfield and less than 2 days of civilian life: You think this should be the life I’m in? Even when I tell others everyday I’m outfield and damn tired, I seek more than just the admin time I have everyday, provided things don’t cock up. Yet people out there are happy with nights out and things, and complaining about food in cookhouses. This cycle, this… thing that has to go on for another week yet again…
THE Anticipation – New shows, new songs, new… which makes me still move on with life. The new order too, which I was prepared to do it by the end of my training course within two weeks. The CDs should’ve came earlier, but I need to find time, really. We’re also told to go for another course, which only ends by next year. Haiz. How the hell am I able to hold the anticipation without the freedom to release it?

ANIME
Hyouka – OMG then I noticed that Hyouka had only 22 episodes, and it ended the previous time I told you about that Chitanda episode. Seriously… such a weird way to end the series. But then so, the show is good in progression, and the animation is great, so I think it’s a good show. But compared to the next show…
Tari Tari – This is awesome. Especially when you watch it in the middle of the week on your nights out. Wonderful way to end with a musical-like performance, and along with the release of their music album, this makes this show even more wonderful. I cannot say it’s perfect, but it’s the next thing I saw closest to K-ON! in terms of music appreciation. *silence* Makes me want to join a choir again…
Binbougami ga! – Last episode… much development. And yeah, Momiji turned back to normal after being nice for… close to two episodes. And yeah, the comedy is just making this show even better. Funniest show this season, I can say.
Kokoro Connect – Rather a quick end to Kako Random Arc, but then it’s obvious that the two Balloon Vines are in contact. Interesting, huh? Like as if I’m not doubting on their cooperation. Aki-chan I mean, Iori-chan has solved another problem regarding her mother this time round, and hope next Arc will be more towards the guys. They haven’t focused on Taichi before, huh. If they end it well, I can say this would be a great show too. Wow I can’t believe I’m watching all the good shows, haha…
MUSIC
Eh… two albums mainly this week, and I took on another mini-album by this wonderful band “mouse on the keys”. If you guys understand the theory of Math Rock you’ll love their style. Especially their first song “saigo no bansan”, which literally translates to “The Last Dinner”. For the other two albums, Tari Tari’s music album consisting of a soundtrack and anime songs… quite good. But the team could make a better effort in raising the standards. Look at K-ON!, really. SCANDAL’s album came to a standstill in terms of my choice of their songs, starting already from their latest single “Pinheel Surfer”. So took only one song from their album, with some good old western rock feel to it. Haha didn’t know they can go with that style too…Also, I managed to get hold of the first two Kokoro Connect web singles online before the DVDs ever came out like… god knows when. Heard the latest ED too, and I can say… it’s great. The first ending is better, haha…

Sunday Night Post: Regret, In A Rush
Well the title kinda describes today, where I shouldn’t have joined Dad to visit relatives. Rather do up APoL Chapter 4 and sleep until I’m satisfied. (Audience: Means you did not continue APoL?) Eh… Nvm, decided liao, so cannot regret already. Anyways, let’s carry on, yeah?
ANIME
Tari Tari – Finally everything’s making sense. The school is going to help out the five people on their festival performance, the asshole who suggested the development above the school is going directly against them, and next week’s gonna be the final episode where the long-awaited song created by Wakana and her mum shall be revealed. Three cheers for the last episode! Go Tari Tari!
Hyouka – Hmm it kinds seems that they’re still on a short story… Never mind about the storyline. The plot of the episode is just some Chitanda fanservice and a short mystery that didn’t even catch my attention. Let’s hope next episode would be more interesting.
Binbougami ga! – Yesh an episode with all nice and kind Momiji is rather unexpected, but then when I thought her boss is going to come to the real world to fight Ichiko, they made Momiji’s bear dirty and changed things to square one. Well it’s going to be the last episode too, so let’s hope it ends well instead of a whole lot of comedy.
Kokoro Connect – Well the new Opening kinds shocked me when I watched this morning, but I wouldn’t give any comments, I think. Even eufonius is better than this… guy? (Why did they even get this guy to sing the song anyway?) The episode is good though, concluding Yui’s confusion with Aoki, and next episode… seriously is a mystery to me. I can only say, this show better make it its best, as I’m going to love it even more when it does.
MUSIC
Eh… seriously reviewed HOME MADE Kazoku’s album, and gave a new song a listen. I’ve given more face into reviewing Tsuji Shion’s first album which released two years ago, and yeah: I’m convinved to buy the album even if I’ve missed it by many songs before this year’s preview. Haha. (Audience: Haiz…) Also this week Porno Graffitti released their new single ever since their album during my BMT period. They seriously are suited to sing emotional songs, and their style really makes them last for at least a decade. Next week’s more singles, so I’ll talk more by then.
Eh… since I still have to rush to shower and prepare to go back to my military life (and Dad even said it’s my “second home”), I’ll stop here. Sunday Night Post: Everything Is Backflow
This week in camp – though just four days (remember Monday in-lieu?) – much has happened. I hit the headlines twice, one bad (speeding?) and one good (because I followed the ground guide?), which resulted in many things… which I won’t say further. Much has also happened that didn’t involve me, which… I better not say. I don’t want to be prosecuted just like that… (Audience: What? OMG…) Yep so I’ll just keep mum about this, yeah? Besides, I’m worried about more of my stuff than others’ you know… Now:
ANIME
Hmm since I just forgot that I’ve Monday free when I came back for nights out on Thursday, let’s talk about the other TWO anime this week:
Binbougami ga! – Yep they just made things obvious: fan service. But since this episode is not important, let’s just remember this is a comedy anime and laugh as much as I can. Haha. Next episode Momiji is going on her final assault (well unless I don’t know they are running this full season) on Ichiko, and let’s see who would be the winner…
Kokoro Connect – I just love this show, man. If you understand this show, there is NO WAY you’re not continuing with it. This time… CHIBI!! OMG… (Audience: Well at least control yourself a bit…) Haha, well. That also happens when they randomly transform to a real young age, huh. Never mind that, but the episode provides a different approach – Kako Random. And a new ED song, which I can say is good in 90 seconds, but felt like some old Chinese melody. Haha. Don’t mind, but I can say this show is good. And it’s definitely doing a full season. I wonder what happens after the episodes though: 17 episodes can’t just stop the show like this, right?
Fall 2012 Anime – Yep. Random Curiosity has finally taken action, and showed me the new Anime which… I’ve already done some searching weeks ago. This season wasn’t much I can watch, not like comedy. This season also not much I can continue, for the many continuation seasons do not involve shows I know. So I ended up with potential two Romance shows, Tonari ni Daibutsu-kun (‘cos Tomacchan is the main character, she sings the Opening Theme Song, and I don’t mind another romance show. Well first two are enough for me to catch it xD) AND Sukitte Ii na yo. The latter… I’ll see about it lah, but- But- WHO WOULD MISS TOMACCHAN!! AAAHHHH!!!… (Audience: Haiz real otaku liaoz…) Oi.

SCANDAL “Pinheel Surfer” – Not very optimistic about this single as expected, but then I’ll consider until their album “Queens are trumps” come out at the end this month. *silence* NEXT!
Taketatsu Ayana “Onpu no Kuni no Alice” – (The name of the song is definitely confirmed by the artist herself) Haha I have to admit, I am going to buy another Ayacchi single liao. OMG. Hope the album in the near future won’t be that bad lor. Because I can’t bring myself to believe how wonderful the A-side is. Hehe…
~ALBUMS
Ajikan “Landmark” – Eh… a pretty average album. Maybe I’ve some rock overload that I rather stick to two new songs from their album? Well good effort this year Ajikan, really appreciate it…
Kotobuki Minako – Since a picture says… at least a paragraph, need I say more? Look:
All in all, I gave Mina-chan the many thumbs up since she suits the pop culture better? Yeah, and I’m a very accustomed customer, if you get what I mean. No, this didn’t come by chance: Just now when I was sleeping I thought of two of her new songs already. It was originally missing three songs until I decide next week, but I think there isn’t a need to wait that long anymore. Damn need… to… click… order… soon…

Cya guys then, I think I’ve typed long enough for you guys to… get yourself interested in J-Pop a little more. Though I think you guys would rather stick to some Chinese, English, or Korean song. Monday Night Report: ON In Mission, OFF In Mood

ANIME
Tari Tari – Including today’s episode… we’re stepping to the last episode(s) of this season, where shocking news has appeared upon the group’s performance in the town: The school is closing. Really. OMG. And the guys decided to do something about it, even though the school festival has been cancelled. I’m looking forward to that song Sakai-san wrote, just hope it does not disappoint…
Hyouka – Including today’s episode, it’s yet another small arc of… I’m already suspecting it was filler, until next episode which would be within the main story, and the last mystery this season. Great for developments I guess, and I can understand why Kyoto Animation intends to take this show in the first place. Good job people, and make this ending a good one. Well, at least for the mystery…
Binbougami ga! – Well another episode of cr*p? Yeah, literally cr*p appeared, that Toilet God who protects animals. And yeah, besides letting Ichiko know that she should share her happiness, Momiji also struggles to the evil thing on Earth: sucking off her fortune. Well, this show needs an ending, and the next season is near, so…
Kokoro Connect – Give me a good ending and I’ll bow down to this Anime as the best this year. Kizu Random ended well, with us knowing that the cold and somewhat depressed Himeko-chan (haha even I feel dear to her now) would actually like someone! Feel like recommending her the miwa song… And yeah, Iori doesn’t mind. Coming next, they’re gonna hit on another arc, which I really wonder what would happen to them again. And it seems it’s character development every arc again, very like Tari Tari. But this show is just better, in many ways…
4 Anime in one week is tiring, you know. So I better not give up my Saturdays for this…
MUSIC
An album, a single, and a song tingling in my mind in the middle of last week. Aqua Timez new album was… a variety of music styles, from pop to rock and hip-hop, no wonder this album was this interesting to begin with. Picked up 4 songs including epic ones and relaxing ones, hoping to snatch the list this year? Hmm that will depend on the days ahead it seems. YUI’s new single featuring a long credit for high schools has finally been released, The B-side’s better than that though, so it’s a relief. Many new songs also appear this week, like Porno Graffitti, Ajikan, and I got a listen to Kizu Random’s ED Song, not in full, but in iTunes. Well… not what I expected, but would be anticipating due… November? Haiz… And yeah, miwa has squeezed yet another song in my mind yet again, making her album this year hit the album charts. Don’t worry; We’ll see if MIna-chan has a chance against this new shortie… (lolz)

Tari Tari – Hmm an episode on Wein… well they haven’t got to the point, or his breaking point. Anyways, they’re going to be heroes next week, so we’ll see about that. And yeah the vice Principal is being kind nowadays… Let’s see how this gets to the ending. And I just found out: This is an original Anime. Hmm…
Hyouka – Another mystery it seems, and I duno why they do not want to get into the final mystery. A game between Houtarou and Chitanda-san turned out to be some romance session. Well hope they get to things next episode…
Binbougami – Another funny episode of tennis, which reminds me about an episode of Prince of Tennis I watched… some time this week, haha. Seriously, comedy takes place in many ways, and this was no exception. More next episode?
Kokoro Connect – Getting more interesting. Seriously, this show is blowing me away. A visit of Himeko by Balloon… yah that thing that possessed their teacher, reveals more about Inaba-san. Likely to be shown next week, where they go on a field trip, and everything goes berserk. Damn looking forward to this…

Well no songs this week mah, but glad negoto’s new single finally came by, and I’ve took two more songs (which led to two more singles) of Tomacchan. Oh just in case you guys don’t know, Tomacchan’s coming up with a new single for next season’s Anime (one of which I expressed some interest in), Mina-chan’s getting her new album on her birthday (17th if you don’t know) and Sphere’s new single covers Bakuman’s new season. Well that’s only on the Sphere side, but mainstream-wise… Chatmonchy’s just a little better than SCANDAL? Haiz. Not very promising from my view…
SHOWS
Well if I had I would be even more busy than this, so I guess not?
Hmm… overall this week was rather a bummer. But then as with other weeks this weekend is as short as usual. Next week would be worse, but I’ll be hoping for the best. I’m hitting inspiration for APoL Chapter 4 already, so I’ll try to get Sacchi’s story up quite soon. When? At least when I finish my reflection? *laughs dryly* Cya. Let us enjoy some Ayacchi to keep me going. Yes, me only. Which reminds me, her new single’s on the 12th. Well at least that’s something to look forward to:
