Sunday Night Report: Entertainment News - Not Much To Decide Upon

Hi guys. Now to the exciting part. I’m too hyped this morning to do this, so I’ll do it now, for I’ve calmed down and kept my composure.
ANIMEYesh I’ve decided, and they are Oreimo (expectedly), Shingeki no Kyojin (or Attack of Titans) and RDG (a girl).
Oreimo: It’s been some time, and the second season promises to cover till the end of the novel-driven author’s production. And Kirino just gets cuter, sicker about little girls, and violent to her brother, who is in as deep as she is now. Haha. Good show, came to watch it more for the Theme Songs, fantastic man all of them. A must-watch to understand an otaku’s world, NOT reading my blog…
Shingeki no Kyojin: This show is awesome. Since a year I stopped watching BLEACH – or to say there isn’t any to watch already for now – I intend to take on action shows starting this season to expand my imaginations and get into the action. And I landed my eyes on this. It’s currently the most gross and most popular show this season, but it sure delvers epic action, if not at a lower rate. With a expected number of episodes to b e 26 I suppose things will move a little slower, but then I’m at episode 4 and I say THE ACTION IS COMING, people. Really. Watch it. Like, now. You have been missing a lot if you didn’t…
Red Data Girl (DRG): This show… I’m attracted by the Opening Song which was rather disappointing after the single release, but then this show talks about a lot of mystery, coming from a vessel who has to contain the last remains of important information and people wanting her, not the info, surprisingly (Audience giggles) Haha, lolicons. (Audience: Oi.) Haha. How would I say… this show piques my interest to find out more, so I saw down and watched it. Till now I’m rather impressed as things develop, and we all wonder what this information is to anyone, and that itself is worth the watch. I wouldn’t persuade you to watch, but for my record this show is interesting enough for me to take a deeper look…
SHOWS
I can drag until next week to include MythBusters, but I think I cannot. But I’ll talk about it, don’t worry.
MythBusters New Season: Yesh. It’s their 10th Anniversary, it’s their first episode on 1st of May, and it’s a revisit of their first myth they busted. And I guess the JATO Powered Chevy finally can be put to rest, this one. Damn looking forward now liao, but then I didn’t get any leave on next Thursday to watch this, so I’ll have to wait. In camp. That sucks. (Audience laughing)
And I’ll include a show I’ve been watching all along soon, called 疯神无双，but I think for the benefit of people who do not speak Chinese, I’ll refer to this as “CrazyGod”, and will only talk about the latest episodes when I’ve reached it. That is, if I catch up soon. We’ll see…

Next on the news… this month is nothing much. ClariS was great with their Oreimo Opening and B-side (yesh it’s not plural so the single won’t end up on my shelve), Ayacchi has a seemingly good album (took me a week to make a decision to reject a disappointing song and head for what I want: moe~) and miwa is making me go horny with her short pants and summer song. Haha. Really. If it weren’t a “Miracle” I wouldn’t be here to listen to her now. Listen to it. (Audience: ???) The song, it’s called “Miracle”. (Audience: Oh…)
MANGA
BLEACH: Need I say more? Flashback of Isshin and wife Misaki are definitely one many fans want to see, and Kubo has done it. “Recipe to creating the ultimate hybrid”, need I say more?
Kuroshitsuji: They’re still at the baseball match, and haven’t even got to finding their target and explaining the disappearing principal. Let’s move on.
Tonari no Kashiwagi-san: If you want overseas transfer students, the author gives you that. Tina is a lively student from Germany (obviously the only second language that Japanese author only knows?) that loves to pick on other people’s affairs, and hope this would break more ice between Kotone-chan and… goddammit I cannot remember the guy’s name… *refers to story* YUUTO! (I’m SOOOO sorry man, I’m not good at names) And here’s hoping it does not develop to any triangle relationships. Think simple, dear author. I think he will; He has been for the past 40 odd chapters already…
APOL
*kneels on floor* I’ve disappointed you guys again. Looks like the only way I’ll push myself to write is to hide my identity as writer and get someone to read it regularly. Like Kashiwagi-san, you know? It’s a good idea man. I’ll do it on my break leave that’s coming one more week from now, and I aim to finish Chapter 5. I just need people to cheer me on to not end up emo-ing in camp and in the mood to do it when I reach home instead of playing games and slacking off like what I’ve… been… doing… ごめんなさい！

Sunday Night Report: The Nemesis

Haha, hi guys. It’s been a while, isn’t it? Like working, being in the Army does not mean you don’t need to deal with many types of people and situations, you know. Especially the fact that when things go wrong you might just end up in court and prison for all you know. But recently, I have a feeling people are making me get into trouble for some reason, and as with most people who blame others, of course I cannot blame myself.

There are those people, who knows everyone hates him, but just works everything under the table. They suck up and complain to their superiors (not next superior, mind you) and then neglect their work by finding means and ways of avoiding them with excuses. And thus, with the Army mission of “One For All, All For One”, someone else would have to do the deed. Coincidentally, I have been backup to this bastard (mind me people; only this post is rated, ok?) for duty, and as predicted he found some way to avoid it. But then if the sh*t doesn’t hit that fan, it’ll hit mine. I didn’t go, because calling me was too late (I sleep late during weekends?). And someone else who was supposed to take his leave has to come back to take the job. Feeling indebted, I ended up doing his weekend duty for him. See where this has started from? That jerk…

There are also those people, who know they are the f***ers and like being one. Really man, does this ever end? And yesh, seeing him for even the day would be infuriating. It is most emphasised when your week is going to end and he’s the one who is turning your book out day to no good. I ended up cleaning the toilet (everyone ended up cleaning the toilet; It’s the Army anyway), and am going to be arrowed to do so next time round. Seriously? Another jerk…

But then there are also some people, who did not offend anyone, who are not evil enough to harm anyone, but then they just get in your way. Like, it’s obvious when it comes to friendships. When they’re not around, other people approach you, and you enjoy the times when you’re noticed. But then he comes back from his leave (I did not say the one in the previous paragraph is the one- Oops) and everything changes. You feel neglected, and people do not notice you that much anymore. What is this? A change in tide? A lack of initiative? Or is just the person more outstanding in character than you that he steals the spotlight? Nevertheless, finding friends takes a special kind of interest you people share, and I do not. I listen to J-Pop (only another guy hears people like Hayasami Ayumi and Perfume), watch Chinese comedy shows (people watch K-Pop drama, no ‘click’ here) and do not play any games nowadays (now is like Pokemon, DOTA etc it seems). In all aspects of an urban teenager, I seem to be from the suburbs. Come on, even people who live near the low-developed areas hold an iPhone. Talking about barriers, another jerk…

Yesh. This world is filled with jerks, and it seems (you guys don’t wanna shoot me now?) that there aren’t any good guys around. (Audience: WHAT ABOUT US?) I knew you would say that. Go ahead then. Human intentions are countless that even Taiwanese long-run dramas do not come close. But what I know is, there is no point in worrying. Since it’s done, it’s done. There is no way to wipe the slate clean, only to keep it low so you wouldn’t be found and dragged to do the sentence again. I mean, really. I enjoy solitude, you know. It’s the Army that drags me into this social inferno again, and burns me up in to pieces until I can barely walk out of it alive. I want to vent out this anger, and given that I intend to write this 2 weeks after incidents happen to not write any longer, it can be seen I still have much to be pissed off about.

You know what? I’ll smile. I’ll smile and move forward. No matter what happens. I’ll act like a shield. I defend against all threats but make no advance. Isn’t that simple? Smile, guys. It’s not easy to do it nowadays. If you read my mind about the overview of APoL, you’ll understand. For now, here’s a nice song by miwa that encourages everyone to smile. Really. It’s the best thing we all don’t like to do:

Wednesday Night Report: Entertainment News Report… Almost.

Hmm, I’ve got the mood now. So let’s get onto it, yes? Things are a little… complicated in camp, you know…
ANIME
I’ll give a full overview for this, so I’ll hold on to this for now. If you guys want to catch some Anime in the latest episodes, I recommend Oreimo (not for the girls, but take that as a note haha) Red Data Girl and Shingeki no Kyojin, the most popular show in this season. I’ll give my decisions on whether to continue the latter two for the rest of the season…
MUSIC
Over the past month music has been disappointing. I also have no much time to go find more songs on Audioleaf and other sources, so I cannot recommend much for now. This week, or just now, I managed to listen Sid’s new single “ Koi ni Ochite” and Ayacchi’s debut album “apple symphony”. Sid sounds great, and Ayacchi… I just got some disappointment, so it’ll take some time before I give positive feedback. I already expected it to fare worse than Kana-chan’s album two months ago, but I’m only based on first impression…
MANGA
BLEACH has much development already, if you guys don’t know. Isshin’s past has been revealed, and it seems he’s a descendant of Shiba family in Soul Society, sent on a mission of death as Aizen was obviously behind it. Masaki, Ichigo’s mother has also been revealed as a pure Quincy descendant, and since she killed Aizen’s prototype and knows too much, she would be dead. I feel that Ichigo is going to end up being a Quincy instead of Shinigami, as Shinigamis have ways of training to ensure their powers do not go berserk. And recently watching BLEACH episodes of Ichigo fighting Kenpachi reinforces my ideas that Ichigo’s shinigami powers will not last. This show may go in a different direction, but would seem more logical anyway. Wonder how I fit into this equation…
I think that’s all for now. The Anime reviews I give for the season (yesh every single one of them will be commented, sequels we’ll see about it…) this weekend (I promise. If I forget hit my head with a slipper ok?) will give you guys a better idea of what I like. Apparently I like cute girls and slice of life stories. So you see, recent seasons do not appeal to me. Sunday Night Report: Anime Season… not.

Ok don’t be such a rush when you read the title. This post would be about everything BESIDES Anime. The next post (most likely Monday, see lor) would most likely feature… another week of work for me or else would be about the new season. I’m getting hyped up these days, and would like to share it with you guys, but…

A lot has been going along my mind these days. Like, sloth and happiness has been controlling me these weeks, especially after the parade I know if you guys watch Singapore news  2 weeks ago would have known which one I am mentioning. Because of this, I lose concentration of things I am doing or am supposed to do, like APoL. I apologise time and again for not doing up the chapters on time, as I see no free time especially during weekends and I have, till now, not been able to get myself a device in which I can continue typing out my story, also ie. a smart phone. Haiz. I know. Been convincing my mom for it, we’ll see about it after her birthday…

Everything else? It’s going well. BLEACH Manga has great developments about Isshin’s past (liked his zanpakuto anyway, like covering up for Yama-jii’s loss… haha), I’ve seen yet another chapter of Tonari no Kashiwag-san and am SOOO into it I read it multiple times using my MP3 Player…

Sh*t. I wanted to talk about Anime but I guess that’ll be all. (Audience: That will NOT be all! You do not go off until you finish this, you-) That WILL BE ALL, people. I need to pack up and go back to that mundane lifestyle in camp, and we’ll see if I can get out tomorrow to talk about Anime.
